Weather or location data isn't updated

Please note that failure to update data isn’t always caused by an issue within the app itself. To help resolve the problem, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps:

  • Manually update the data:
    Swipe down from the top of the home screen until you see a message confirming the data is being updated.

  • Restart the app:
    Fully close the app and then reopen it to refresh the data connection.
  • Check your location settings:

    • Open the app and go to Settings > Track Location.

    • You’ll be redirected to your device's settings—there, we recommend selecting either "When Using the App and Widget" or "Always" for location access.

    • Make sure Precise Location is enabled for the most accurate updates.
